Jordan Catalano & High Vibration Timelines
Do I accurately understand the full potential of a multiverse or quantum potentials? Hardly. This article is how I think about timelines today. There will probably be more nuance a year from now. Agree or disagree, the idea is to offer your brain some inspiration.
Heart and soul wisdom are both friends with the body, and usually opposite the mind. The body hangs with a high frequency crew we’d be wise to listen to. The mind can often be like Jordan Catalano from My So-Called Life, or Daniel Desario from Freaks & Geeks. The mind wears leather, plays guitar, has great hair, and smokes behind the bleachers. Addictive. Intoxicating. Exhilarating. Ultimately a good time to hang out with, but doesn’t produce the most productive or healthy timelines. Chasing Jordan gave Angela Chase a bevy of experiences, but more angst than fulfillment.
Someone telling me they are disregarding the body to satisfy goals created by the mind tells me there are higher vibration timelines available. It’s like a teen going to a house party. An experience, but high probability of ending up hiding in the bushes from cops, vomit on their high tops.
I was talking with an entrepreneur who wanted to sleep, but couldn’t allow it. He wanted to keep promises he made to himself about what he’d accomplish. Keeping promises to ourselves = high vibration. What’s also high vibration is listening to the wisdom of our bodies. The mind often accidentally works for the ego.
Ignoring requests from our body is like shooting down suggestions from a wizard. Listening to our inner wizard can put us on higher vibration timelines. It doesn’t mean we need to pick another timeline, just that there’s other options to consider. (If you’re wondering why vibrational frequency even matters, try Why Should I Care About Vibrational Frequency? before continuing here.)
Higher vibration timelines are typically scalable. We can run down them without worrying about diminishing returns. Not sleeping, disregarding relationships, and neglecting our physical body all carry diminishing returns. I’m currently running an experiment to see if I can use vibrational frequency to work less and and experience equivalent success using alignment. Jury is still out as I detailed in an article on my frequency raising fails.
The body asking to sleep is an indicator telling us we can level up. Unless we are evening out an imbalance or going through transition, there’s likely a different way to achieve what we want, and our body is hinting at it. A balanced body typically doesn’t ask for things that cause a low vibration to fulfill. I’m pressed to think of one.
The body is like the dashboard of a plane. If it pings for something and we don’t listen, something is at risk. Even if we can’t see what. We want to trust our indicator lights. Flying through life disregarding suggestions from our body is covering up the Check Engine light with tape because it’s annoying when flashing.
Turning down the wisdom of the body for the mind is leaving potential on the table.
Taking a nap shifts when we make a phone call. With a shifted call time, maybe we catch the person we want, and this opens a new timeline. Maybe our intuition knows working at 68% capacity from sleep deprivation isn’t building the empire we think it is. Perhaps our subconscious is aware we are making mistakes while we work, even as the mind is pleased with the hours logged.
We usually never know why we feel drawn to actions that feel counterintuitive. That’s the thing with high vibration timelines. We can only learn from the experience of trusting these actions they typically go somewhere good.
How Values Influence Timelines
We can only see a handful of timelines available to us because the doorways are guarded by values. If we don’t value something the doors to the corresponding timelines are invisible.
Imagine a tree. Each branch represents a value. The twigs of each branch are timelines we can journey. We can enter a branch to search through the timelines if we align with the value of the branch. If I value freedom, grace and ease I will explore three branches. I miss the timelines on the branches of liberty, popularity, stability etc.

Timeline choices are about balancing alignment with what we value so we live authentic lives, and not becoming so narrow we lose scope. The values we hold now- did we pick them? Copy them? Did our early environment condition them?
There’s value in monitoring we don’t become rigid and overly narrow in our timeline options. This is how we end up repeating patterns, or stuck in loops. Our timeline options get so small we travel timelines we have known before. Different characters, same storylines.
Someone with a high value on novelty may find themselves stuck in a loop of starting things they don’t finish. Someone valuing superiority may keep setting up unfulfilling relationships because they date down. Opportunity and choice are potent gifts we give ourselves. We want to identify when our values are keeping us in a holding pattern.
Perceiving there’s only worth in a small subset of values is like climbing high up in to a tree of timelines. We only see a small swath of twiggy branches in front of us. The more we find value in other qualities or ways of being, it’s like backing down the tree. Entire branches of possibility come in to view. I imagine God and Buddha are sitting at the trunk looking up at the whole thing. Enjoying the multidimensional view.
Psychic Readings That “Flop”
This also ties in to psychic readings. A psychic is like a photographer taking a snapshot at one point in time. They see the branch we are on, and other paths open to us based on current values. What they cannot factor in is growth, and evolution of values.
Ashleigh may have zero value on spirituality when she sees a psychic in 2022. A silent meditation retreat in Bali is a hard nope. In 2023 she has a mystical experience and her values evolve. She’s curious about spirituality. A whole new subset of timelines bloom. A silent meditation retreat is on the table.
This is where people get stuck in, “I had this psychic reading three years ago and X still hasn’t happened.” The psychic told Ashleigh she’d travel to London, but now she’s thinking about Bali. When things warp like this, we find ourselves on a completely different part of the tree. With a bevy of new branch selections. An old psychic reading is likely to be inaccurate.
In quantum physics the Everett postulate even asserts Ashleigh has timelines where she both does, and does not, have a mystical experience. Part of her branches off and has the mystical experience- heading on the Bali trajectory. Part of her stays the same and goes to London. All possible outcomes for every fork in the road create new timelines and exist simultaneously.

High Vibration Timelines Aren’t Always Preferable
Comfortably traipsing paths with a high vibrational frequency often involves undoing past mental programming or conditioning to unlock the door. We need to upgrade ourselves to enter. Our entrepreneur would need to value his body’s wisdom. He currently doesn’t, so he can’t see a timeline. He values tenacity, and sees the body’s needs as something to conquer. It takes someone valuing the body’s messages to point and say, “There’s another timeline here. Do you want to consider it?” Associating with people who hold different values helps us illuminate timelines invisible to us.
It’s been my experience high vibration paths are like twirly water park slides. A rush of pleasure, but often too fast if we aren’t ready. They take a lot of trust in the unfolding process along the way, but can ultimately be more fun than walking or jogging to the destination. All are valid ways to get there.
The highest vibration timeline isn’t automatically the preferable timeline. Timelines take certain skills to navigate. If we shove ourselves on a timeline that feels above our game, it’s likely going to be a rough ride. If we lug mental and emotional baggage on a water park slide timeline we’ll be pummeled by our own carry-ons. As we resolve things in ourselves higher vibration paths illuminate for us.
There are high vibration timelines I see, but am not currently taking. They involve more skill than I feel I have ability to navigate. I just acknowledge their potential for when I’m ready to go there.
Blending Timeline Potentials
Other people’s timelines influence ours. Let’s say our entrepreneur goes to a birthday party he doesn’t feel like attending out of guilt. Both these indicators (not wanting to go, and guilt spawning action) alert him to be mindful launching new timelines from this event.
When we feel we don’t want to be somewhere it often means there’s a higher timeline for us doing something else. If we aren’t on our highest timeline we want to be careful birthing additional timelines from lower vibration timelines. Repeating a process like this is how we end up tangled in the weeds of life. If someone at this party asks him to drinks, or offers to refer him to a great lawyer, caution would be a wise response.
When we merge with others through friendship, dating or otherwise, we take on these people’s timeline possibilities. They bring us down timelines we might not journey without them. Someone valuing loyalty in a marriage opens a different set of timelines versus someone who doesn’t value loyalty. The values of one change the timeline potentials for both people.
We also see this with news. We’re introduced to many phantom timeline possibilities that could happen. Are these timelines worth thinking about, or are they someone else’s unresolved anxiety playing out on a larger stage?
Worry and fear are germs that spread until someone with a high emotional immune system stops them. Whole sectors or communities in fear, sharing potential catastrophic thoughts, feels more like an emotional pandemic than reality. Pundits elbowing each other for screen time.
“I've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.” ~Mark Twain

Previewing Timelines
It’s key to note the state of mind we’re in when we decide to take action (which pushes us on to a timeline) will typically be a dominant emotion on that timeline. If we decide what to do while feeling guilty, we’ll likely pick a timeline with guilt. I speculate we’ll resonate with timelines holding the dominant emotions we’re vibrating with when we take action. Or, if we select timelines while feeling low vibration emotions we may be held down from seeing options in higher vibrational frequency bandwidths. See my frequency chart of emotions here if you’re interested in exploring further.
Choosing timelines while feeling high vibration emotions like empowerment and freedom serve us well. If we want fun in our life we want to go have fun, then make decisions while we’re still in the glow of it. If we feel inspired. If things feel wishy-washy it’s a sign elements affecting our decision are likely being flushed out in the world around us, or we are developing in to the person who will make the best call.
Rushed or forced decisions tend to reflect societal conditioning to have answers, or a low capacity to sit with the discomfort of not having answers. It can be hard to pause in a society that lavishes praise on the student who shoots their hand up in response to a query. Aren’t they clever? They were so fast.
We wait for alignment of our mind, body and heart before we pick timelines. Once we have alignment we are sucked toward the right timeline.
When just one part of us is on board (i.e. the heart eager, the mind confused, the body anxious) and we jump the train, we often swing back and forth between anxiety and progress. Ultimately eating more bandwidth than working toward alignment before stepping gracefully on to the train.
This can be a tricky concept because action feels like doing something; movement feels good. However, some of the world’s offerings that contain the most wisdom come from societies where meditation, and slowing down, are valued similar to Western speed. The ideal timeline intersects both wisdom and action. Wisdom doesn’t typically pop up when we’re racing through life, giving attention to a million external things. Higher consciousness pops up and vibration elevates when we learn to reflect internally.
